Zokoko Chocolate

Zokoko is one of only a handful of companies in Australia to make their chocolate from 'bean to bar'. They work directly with growers to use the finest quality cacao beans and use vintage, artisan equipment and traditional methods to roast, mix and mould the chocolate in small batches, creating truly unique chocolate bars. Located at the foot of the Blue Mountains in Australia, Zokoko has been awarded more than 15 international awards, including best chocolate in Australia in 2015.

• Mbingu Milk

Pure origin Bean to Bar chocolate.

Directly sourced from the Kilombero district of Tanzania. This milk chocolate starts with rich red fruit notes followed by delicate nuttiness. A hint of citrus rounds out this 'dark' milk chocolate.

52% cocoa content. 85g Net.

Ingredients: cacao solids, milk powder, sugar, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin).

• Mbingu Dark

Pure origin bean-to-bar chocolate.

Directly sourced from the Kilombero district of Tanzania. This chocolate displays notes of raisins, plums and panela.

Awarded a Bronze Medal in the Bean to Bar Best Dark Bar at the Academy of Chocolate Awards, London 2018.

70% Cacao content. 85g Net.

Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin).

• Goddess Dark with Orange

This blend displays deep, rich cocoa notes with tangy citrus reminiscent of an orange orchard.

65% Cocoa Solids. 57g Net.

Ingredients: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, whole orange powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), vanilla beans, orange oil.
