Areas & timeframe for deliveries

GREATER SYDNEY
Order before 9am for same day delivery to Greater Sydney (Monday to Saturday). For orders made after 9am deliveries can be made for the next day. For Greater Sydney region you can select your preferred day of delivery. No Sunday or public holiday deliveries except for specified occasions such as Valentine’s day, Mother’s day and father’s day.

NSW (areas outside of greater Sydney)
Allow 2-3 business days for deliveries. We deliver Monday - Friday (Excl Public Holidays). We prepare orders for delivery on your preferred date, however due to the nature of shipping companies we cannot 100% guarantee that it will be there on your selected date. Most of the time our plants arrive on the preferred date or just before.

 ACT/VIC/QLD/SA
Allow 3-4 business days for deliveries. We deliver Monday - Friday (Excl Public Holidays). We prepare orders for delivery on your preferred date, however due to the nature of shipping companies we cannot 100% guarantee that it will be there on your selected date. Most of the time our plants arrive on the preferred date or just before.

Can I order for a date in the future?
Yes of course, you are able to select a date six weeks in advance.

Does someone need to be home for the delivery?
If there is no one to accept a delivery at the specified address the gift will be left somewhere safe at the front door to enjoy when you get home. If there is nowhere to leave the gift or the driver cannot access a building (such as a unit) the number registered with the order will be contacted. If the customer cannot be contacted, the gift will be returned to The Plant Mail and a re-deliver fee will be applied.

Tracking an order
You will receive a tracking link via email on the day of your delivery. If you do not receive a tracking number by 2pm on the day please contact hello@theplantmail.com.au

What if I need to change my order
If the plant has not been sent, please email us on hello@theplantmail.com.au and we will attempt to resolve your query as soon as we can.

What time will my delivery arrive
Most orders will be delivered between 9am- 6pm, however in some circumstances this can be delayed due to the third-party delivery company. You will be notified with any deliveries past 6pm. Please note that delivery windows are wider on big occasions such as Valentine's day.  

Do you delivery to police stations, airports or government defence bases
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to police stations, airports or military defence bases due to their strict regulations.

What if I need to request a delivery time
We do offer same day services, however we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Most orders will be delivered by 6pm, however in some circumstances this can be delayed due to circumstances out of our control. You will be notified with any deliveries past 6pm.
